Coconut Palm at Windsong Beach House

Newly renovated gated beach access apartment with a pool. This is a two bedroom and two bath apartment that makes up one unit in a quadplex. It is on a very quiet private road that leads to a gated beach access way that only residents on this street have access too.

The house was completely redone and has all new furniture, sheets, pillows, towels, etc. The pool area was just upgraded with new pool/deck furniture.

The space

This property sleeps up to 8 guests. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed and a bunk bed in the secondary bedroom, and a pullout queen sofa bed in the living room.

This property is great for a family or some friends that want to find a place walking distance to the beach and also have a pool. The Siesta key Village is close by too only a short ride away.

Property Rules:
- No parties are allowed.
- No pets are allowed.
- Quiet hours are after 10:00 pm and until 7:00 am. This is to respect the other guests in the other apartments. Loud noise between these times is not allowed.
- As a disclosure there are security cameras located on the outside of the property. They are there for your security. They are only on the outside of the property.
- There must be someone aged 25 years or older present at all times that is apart of your group that is staying in our apartment. You must also report in your reservation the accurate amount of guests that will be staying in the unit. You are not allowed to have any guests come that are not registered as part of your reservation without the written consent of the owner/manager. No more then the maximum amount of guests are allowed to book this apartment without the written consent of the owner/manager.

Guest access

You will be able to access the entire apartment (Unit C). The rest of the property is shared with other guests, this includes the pool, patio, backyard, laundry room in back of house, and the driveways.

I will not be physically available but I am only a text or phone call away. If there is something I can not help you with over the phone then I can have one of my team members come to the property to assist.

This property is located on a private street that has a gated beach access at the end of it. It is only a minute walk from our property to the beach. It is very quiet on our street and you do not have to worry about much traffic.

Uber is easily available in Siesta Key to get around.
