Date Palm at Windsong Beach House

Newly renovated gated beach access apartment with a pool. This is a two bedroom and two bath apartment that makes up one unit in a quadplex. It is on a very quiet private road that leads to a gated beach access way that only residents on this street have access too.

The house was completely redone and has all new furniture, sheets, pillows, towels, etc. The pool area was just upgraded with new pool/deck furniture.

The space

The apartment sleeps 8 people total. It has a master bedroom with a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen and a bunk bed. The bunk bed is a single on top and bottom. The living room has a pull out queen size sofa bed.

The TV in the living room is a Roku smart TV that allows you to access all of your different streaming services. We provide a Netflix subscription for you to use. You are welcome to log into any of the apps on the TV that you are subscribed to.

In the apartment you will also find a key fob near the kitchen hanging on the wall. This is required to enter and exit the gated beach down the street.

We have beach chairs and toys located in the back yard. The laundry room is also located in the back of the building. It is shared with all 4 units.

The pool area is shared only with guests that are staying in one of our four units at the property. All new pool furniture was just bought as well as patio furniture, a big table with chairs and a gas powered grill for our guests to use.

House Rules:

-No parties are allowed.
- No pets are allowed.
- Quiet hours are after 10:00 pm and until 7:00 am. This is to respect the other guests in the other apartments. Loud noise between these times is not allowed.
- As a disclosure there are security cameras located on the outside of the property. They are there for your security. They are only on the outside of the property.
- There must be someone aged 25 years or older present at all times that is apart of your group that is staying in our apartment. You must also report in your reservation the accurate amount of guests that will be staying in the unit. You are not allowed to have any guests come that are not registered as part of your reservation without the written consent of the owner/manager. - No more then the maximum amount of guests are allowed to book this apartment without the written consent of the owner/manager.

This property is located on a private street with a gated beach access point that is only available for use by you and other residents/guests on the street. The Siesta Key Village is also only a short ride away. You could walk to it or ride a bike but it may take a little longer.

Uber is readily available to use in Siesta Key and can help you get wherever you need.
