Queen Palm at Siesta Beach House

This newly refurnished town home is located less then a minutes walk to the Siesta Key Beach. It is located on a private street that is very quiet. The beach access is gated so only guests on this street have access to it. There is also a community pool. All of the furniture, sheets, towels, pillows, etc. are brand new.

This property sleeps up to 8 guests. There is a king bed in the master bedroom. A queen bed and a bunk bed with two singles in the second bedroom. The living room has a pullout queen sofa bed.

This property is great for a family or some friends that want to find a place walking distance to the beach and also have a pool. The Siesta key Village is close by too only a short ride away.

Property Rules:
- Quiet hours are after 10:00 pm and until 7:00 am. This is to respect the other guests in the other apartments. Loud noise between these times is not allowed.
- There must be someone aged 25 years or older present at all times that is apart of your group that is staying in our apartment. You must also report in your reservation the accurate amount of guests that will be staying in the unit. You are not allowed to have any guests come that are not registered as part of your reservation without the written consent of the owner/manager. No more then the maximum amount of guests are allowed to book this apartment without the written consent of the owner/manager.

I will not be physically available but I am only a text or phone call away. If there is something I can not help you with over the phone then I can have one of my team members come to the property to assist.

This property is located on a private street that has a gated beach access at the end of it. It is only a minute walk from our property to the beach. It is very quiet on our street and you do not have to worry about much traffic.

Uber is easy to use to get around. There is also a bus stop at the beginning of the street.
